Grape Studio — Return & Exchange Policy

At Grape Studio, we are committed to delivering premium-quality handbags that meet your expectations in both design and craftsmanship. In the rare event that something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

We offer exchanges only (no refunds) under the following conditions:

  • You received an incorrect product (different from what you ordered)
  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You received a product with a clear quality issue

Requests must be raised within  48 Hours of delivery, along with a clear unboxing video or photos as proof so our team can verify the issue.

2. No Refund Policy

Grape Studio follows a strict no-refund policy.
All approved cases will be resolved through product exchange only.

3. Product Selection & Expectations

Each handbag at Grape Studio is carefully designed and presented with detailed images and descriptions.

Please note:

  • Minor variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen differences.

We do not accept exchanges based on personal preferences such as change of mind, style preference, or expectations differing from images.

4. Condition for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags, dust bags, and accessories intact

Items showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or tampering will not be accepted.

5. Exchange Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your address
  • Please ensure the item is securely packed
  • After verification, the replacement product will be dispatched at no additional cost

6. Non-Exchangeable Situations

The following cases are not eligible for exchange:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor color or texture variations due to display differences
  • Used, damaged, or altered products
  • Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests without proper unboxing proof

7. Policy Updates

Grape Studio reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the updated policy is published on our website.
